These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Authentications Plus, LLC (“Authentications Plus,” “we,” or “our”). By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the professional scope and authority under which our authentication determinations are issued.

1. Professional Role & Authority

Authentications Plus, LLC operates as an independent authentication authority providing expert determinations on the authenticity of consumer and luxury goods.

Our determinations are issued by trained specialists applying documented methodologies, brand-specific reference standards, and comparative analysis of verified authentic and known counterfeit exemplars. Each determination reflects deliberate professional judgment rendered within a defined technical scope.

2. Nature of Determinations

All authentication outcomes constitute professional expert opinions informed by specialized knowledge not commonly possessed by laypersons. These opinions are issued conservatively and without speculation.

Where sufficient certainty cannot be established, conclusions may be issued as Inconclusive, consistent with professional evaluation standards.

3. Independence & Impartiality

Authentications Plus maintains strict independence from buyers, sellers, brands, manufacturers, financial institutions, insurers, and marketplaces.

We do not act as advocates, intermediaries, or decision-makers. Our role is limited to providing technically informed expert opinions intended to assist third-party review and decision-making processes.

4. Use & Institutional Reliance

Our reports and expert documentation are prepared for professional review contexts and may be submitted in resale transactions, insurance files, compliance assessments, and dispute review proceedings involving merchants, marketplaces, banks, card issuers, financial institutions, and insurance providers.

While final authority rests with the reviewing institution or body, our determinations are intended to be afforded appropriate evidentiary weight consistent with accepted standards for expert analysis.

5. Methodological Integrity

Authentication determinations are rendered using established evaluation methodologies, documented reference materials, and comparative analysis protocols designed to ensure consistency, accuracy, and professional rigor.

We do not alter standards, conclusions, or methodology based on transaction outcomes or third-party interests.

6. Notarization

When requested, select documentation may be notarized in accordance with applicable state law to confirm execution and identity.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and materials. Authentication determinations are based solely on the materials submitted for review.

8. Limitations of Role

Our services are limited exclusively to questions of product authenticity. We do not provide opinions regarding valuation, ownership, damages, intent, or legal liability.

9. Professional Boundaries

Authentications Plus does not guarantee outcomes, dispute resolutions, or third-party acceptance. Our authority derives from applied expertise and professional judgment, not from adjudicative power.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

11. Revisions

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect evolving professional standards and operational practices. Continued engagement constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
